What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Delivery Driver position at Marco's Pizza?
Work Week
Up to 40 hours per week
Willing to work weekends and holidays.
Up to (5) five days per week.
Additional hours available when necessary
Earnings
Paid $10.00 per hours while on delivery, plus tips, and overtime after 40 hrs. per week
Paid $12.00 and up per hour while performing as a crew member inside the store.
Mileage for personal vehicle use for delivery

Requirements
Works as directed in a consistent manner, according with all manuals and training tools.
Begin work on time in full, clean uniform.
Must be able to answer and existing desk / wall type telephone from anywhere in the store within 2 rings.
Must be able to complete all dough making steps, including lifting the bowl with assistance of no more than one other person (a full dough bowl weights between 70-80 lbs. At no time should a single individual ever attempt to life a bowl of dough by themselves), and cutting dough as needed.
Must be able to complete all steps in the pizza making process, as well as perform all topping preparation steps.
Must have the ability to relocate products throughout the store. This includes but is not limited to moving 50 lb. bags of flour and 30 lb. cases of cheese or other similar food or cleaning products.
Must be at least 18 years of age in order to operate certain equipment in the store.
Works well with others in a positive manner.
Must be able to legally deliver pizzas.
Must have a good driving record with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
Must provide a policy declarations page and proof of insurance. (i.e. receipt or cancelled check to prove payment)
Must have good knowledge of delivery techniques
Must be able to deliver pizzas to the customer's front door, including walking up steps / stairs as necessary
Must be able to delivery efficiently and safely
Must be able to correctly make change for any order amount
Must be able to pack up to (10) ten large pizzas in a large hot bag and deliver them
Must be able to engage in the repetitive motion of getting in and out of a vehicle many times during a scheduled shift.
