Responsibilities

- Manage the preparation of pizza dough, sauces, and toppings while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to health regulations and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.
