Shift Leader- Marco’s Pizza

We are looking for exceptional and reliable Shift Leaders who are willing to have fun while training, leading and motivating an amazing team in providing the best pizza and guest experience to our community!

As part of our Marco's Pizza franchise group you will have the opportunity to work with leaders who have over 30 years of experience in the industry. As local operators we are very engaged with our teams, we value our people, team performance and results in a fun and family-oriented environment.

Must be at least 18yrs old and must have dependable transportation. Pizza experience is a plus. If you’re a leader committed to quality service and have experience in our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and manage daily shift operations of the restaurant for opening/closing shifts.
• Teach, coach, and mentor store employees in all Marco's Pizza procedures and meeting Guest Service standards.
• Foster and maintain a positive can-do work environment
• Ensure restaurant and restaurant equipment is maintained clean and in good working condition.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Build customer relations
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership, show initiative and give full efforts to the success of the restaurant.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
• Commitment to excellent service
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods
• High school diploma obtained
• Bilingual in English and Spanish *preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
