What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Marco's Pizza?
Shift leaders must be serious. To work ON TIME. Must understand how to delegate duties to your crew while also leading. Must be SELF MOTIVATED. Have a Positive Attitude. Must be able to recognize those who do their jobs well and let them know. Experience in Pizza is preferred. Must have an understanding of counting money, inventory of food, doing administrative work, ordering food, and putting a schedule together. Must be able to be a great teammate. TIPS ARE PAID OUT BI-WEEKLY on Pay Check. BONUSES CAN ALSO BE EARNED if store is hitting on all cylinders.
