Shift Leader Range $14 to $16 an Hour
We are looking for a Shift Leader to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts and that would love to be a part of our Marco's team the fastest growing pizza company in the country, we are looking for entry-level managers today and hope to develop them into General Manager potential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
- Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations
- Commitment to excellent service
- Working well within a team
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to stand for long periods
- English (Required)
- Night Shift (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
