Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of service and operational efficiency in our pizza service restauran.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations and manage staff during shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare food daily for future use, prepare and cook pizzas, prepare pizza dough daily.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including food preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service management.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Operate the MOMs POS system efficiently for transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry is a must.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly MOMs POS, is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of pizza preparation is an must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
