Shift Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver high-quality experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the customer service, and the ability to manage various aspects of food service effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist in training new employees on food service management practices and customer interaction techniques.
• Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

Experience

• Proven experience in shift management within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong background in restaurant operations, delivery services, and customer service is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, enhancing communication with kitchen staff.
• Previous experience in food service management is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
