As a Team Member, you will work in a clean, fun, fast-paced environment with many

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient food service management.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage inventory control and maintain food quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Assisted in food preparation and ensured compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new team members as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in hospitality and kitchen management
- Proficiency in food preparation and inventory control
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Experience in quick service, fast food, and refined dining environments
- Ability to handle cash and manage team dynamics effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
