Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop tailored screening criteria.Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Candidate Engagement :
Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates, schedule interviews, and address inquiries.Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's culture and values during all candidate interactions.Deliver timely feedback to candidates' post-interview to enhance their experience with the company.Onboarding Coordination :
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.Develop and implement onboarding plans, ensuring all necessary documentation, equipment, and resources are prepared before the start date.Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, processes, and culture.Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.Data Management and Reporting :
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and onboarding effectiveness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress.Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Required :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.2 years of experience as a recruiter in full cycle recruiting.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.Physical Requirement(s) :
Must be comfortable sitting and working in front of a computer for long periods of time.Critical Competencies :
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management.Superior people skills and ability to navigate relationships.Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.Well-developed oral and written communication skills and confident presentation skills with ability to train.Knowledgeable computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe, Power Point and OutlookAbility to navigate and utilize platforms such as Zoom and Google Meets to conduct interviews, meetings, and virtual training sessions.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
