What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renewals Coordinator Intern position at Marco Technologies?
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Renewals Coordinator Intern supports our renewals strategy by providing the essential data, insights and administrative assistance needed to ensure efficient and effective contract renewals. You will manage and organize the data and deliverables required for successful renewals and track renewal metrics, prepare reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Marco's client retention and growth initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on renewal metrics, retention rates and revenue projections.
- Monitor renewal timelines and proactively coordinate with the Renewals Sales Lead to ensure timely execution of renewal opportunities. Support communication efforts by preparing outreach materials and renewal proposals.
- Work with the Renewals Sales Lead, customer success, order processing and data analytics teams to gather necessary information for renewals and to ensure alignment on identifying value added opportunities within strategic renewals.
- Organize client-specific data, such as historical renewal data and satisfaction metrics, to help the Renewals Sales Lead make informed decisions.
- Track and analyze renewal performance KPIs to identify trends and insights. Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings to leadership.
- Schedule renewal meetings, coordinate follow-up actions and handle other administrative tasks related to the renewals process.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
- Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Undergraduate student enrolled or recent graduate in a Business, Marketing or Sales related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Standard Marco Internship work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a Marco office location.
Other: Schedule may revolve around class and exam schedule, within reason as needed.
Travel:
The 10-week Internship Program requires travel between out St. Cloud & Minnetonka offices as part of the on-site and off-site activities.
