Position Overview :
As a full time Field Representative , you will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with regional Key Account locations and core second-tier distributors while implementing store level activities to enhance product visibility and coverage. This role is ideal for a self-starter and road warrior who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
o Conduct regular visits to regional Key Account locations and distributors to
build and maintain strong customer relationships.
o Gather and analyze data to ensure store coverage rates and drive Key
Account purchases.
o Organize and execute store and cash-and-carry activities to promote product
visibility and sales.
o Improve in-store displays and coverage while completing assigned tasks
efficiently.
o Identify opportunities for increased coverage and provide feedback to ensure
goals are met.
o Serve as the company’s face in the field, demonstrating professionalism and
reliability in all interactions.
o Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders to achieve success in
store-level initiatives.
Requirements :
Additional Qualifications :
o Proven experience in e-cigarettes, electronic products, or fast-moving consumer goods categories.
o Strong track record of achieving sales and promotional goals.
o Ability to express ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and partnerships.

Houston, TX (will be activating in various locations and stores around the City)
Schedule :
Compensation & Benefits :
o All-In Compensation : $22 / hour with Car Allowance and Bonus.
