Position : Social Media Analytics Specialist

We're Hiring! Marcomm Inc. is seeking an experienced Social Media Analytics Specialist to lead advanced social media measurement and reporting initiatives. In this role, you'll define, execute, and present analytics strategies that fuel informed decision-making, track performance, and elevate social media campaigns. What You'll Do

Social Media Measurement

  • Define and clearly articulate social measurement methodologies tailored to platforms and reporting objectives
  • Establish benchmarks and metrics to guide internal teams and clients in evaluating social media performance
  • Own the development, execution, and presentation of analytics frameworks that drive strategic decisions

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Track and analyze social platform performance metrics to inform real-time optimizations and long-term strategies
  • Deliver meaningful data insights by collaborating with teams in Strategy, Content, Care & Engagement, and Client Success
  • Provide analysis for various reporting needs, including pre-launch social listening, campaign performance, quarterly reviews, and channel health
  • Innovation & Expertise

  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, social commerce trends, and platform updates to ensure a cutting-edge analytics approach
  • Present complex data in clear, compelling formats that resonate with diverse audiences
  • What We're Looking For

    Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of experience in analytics with a focus on social media insights
  • Skills

  • Expertise with native social platform analytics (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and third-party tools especially Sprinklr and others (Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc.)
  • Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights aligned with business goals
  • Proficiency in presenting data through reports, visual dashboards, and live presentations
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience mentoring team members in social analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, and presentation tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
