Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage book of business for 4 entities:
- O’Connor
- Comfort Air Distributing
- C&L
- WSM
• Manage, coach, and train direct reports daily/weekly/monthly employee duties and
responsibilities.
• Integration - hands on learning, training, and post training. Bringing systems issues to
management and submitting IT tickets to resolve system issues timely. Tracking and being
able to communicate clearly and concise what needs to be fixed.
• Innovation - continued efforts on making process improvements.
• Bad debt write-off review, PFC review (3rd attempt/payment plan/LOI & Certified), Blacklist
less than $10K. Send to outside collection agency for $10K & Over. Make recommendations
for write offs.
• Manage and review unapplied payments to ensure payments are applied timely.
• Weekly customer aging review and escalating to ensure minimal financial risk. Collections
60 & Over need to be at a 3% past due or less.
• Generate monthly Customer At Risk Report and submit by the 5th of each month to
management.
• Manage the month end process and update teams when AR has completed posting for the
previous month.
• Credit Applications & assign Terms & Limits.
• A/R communications with internal and external customers.
• Receive Electronic payment requests to route and note customer payments.
• Communicate with our banks on select deposit item problems.
• Orders, approval, or suggested alternatives.
• Provide Trade Credit References
• Set-ups for customer outsourced 3rd party and the use of customer portals.
• Answer internal & external customer questions.
• Review potential Bad Debt customers,
• Communicate with outside Collection Agency/Legal in pursuit of repayment.
• Assist in review and communications for A/R portion on Audits.
• Review and approve refunds.
• Review and provide Lien Waivers as requested.
• Review and assist Team, as necessary.
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel – Intermediate skill set
• Creating/Managing sub-folders
• Creating Emails rules
• VLOOKUP/PivotTable/Convert/Concatenate/ABS
• Other management tasks.
