- Manages warehouse in process status on a daily basis daily. This includes assigning and prioritizing orders, assigning procured orders for staging, and handling queued order writers for status.
- Checks out customers and verifies their equipment, double checks orders, and corrects and signs for any mistakes before it leaves the building.
- Stages procurements for items as needed.
- Call customers with open orders on Will Call queue daily – sets up follow up dates for calls, logs updates, and requests cancellations as needed.
- Handles Will Call queues for Non-RF Issues.
- Verifies that Warehouse in Process Queue is managed each day. Notifies assigned manager of any issues, picks queues.
- Bi-weekly audits orders in Will Call areas with warehouse in process.
- Bi-weekly matches up invoice preview queue and will call queue and resolves discrepancies.
- Request cancellation of tickets as needed.
- Courteously and promptly answers phones as needed.
- Maintain barcode printers by checking and replacing labels and film daily, maintains stock of labels and film and orders as needed in a timely manner.
- Daily reviews Will Call queue in follow up mode. Queues on any ship tickets that have been printed.
- Responsible for general warehouse work as directed, including working in any and all departments within the warehouse relating to freight either incoming or outgoing.
- Accurately fills sales orders or transfers for product and distributes items to shipping or will call.
- Supports the Customer Value Proposition by filling will call orders within 1 hour of order.
- Adequately assists shipping, receiving, transfers, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to counter staff for processing.
- Efficiently moves materials and items from receiving or transfer areas to shipping areas or stock locations as designated.
- Accurately sorts and places product on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Accurately marks product or orders with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Adequately assists in counting of physical inventory.
- Responsible for accuracy and efficiency in the handling of merchandise.
- 5 or more years’ experience with office, warehouse, and related functions.
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent
- 3 or more years’ experience with office, warehouse, and related functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
- Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
- Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
