Summary

The Treasury Analyst role supports cash & liquidity management, reporting, bank operations and electronic payment facilitation. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Essential Job Duties

• Executes daily cash positioning, including short-term borrowing activities.
• Prepare daily & weekly liquidity reports.
• Executes daily banking activities, including inputting or releasing electronic payments and addressing ACH & Check Positive Pay exceptions.
• Supports bank account administration, including opening/closing of accounts, updating signature cards and periodic user access reviews.
• Monitors and analyzes bank fees and cash management expenses.
• Consult with banks to resolve account-related issues.
• Supports all aspects of merchant services, including end user support, transaction research, monthly statement reviews and monthly downgrade reviews.
• Supports the administration of the T&E card program, including cardholder support.
• Supports maintaining debt & interest schedules.
• Supports the issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Supports the annual insurance renewal process.
• Assist other departments with ad-hoc requests as needed.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School diploma or its GED equivalent
• 2 or more years’ experience in treasury analyst role or similar.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  
  

Office / Administrative

• 7-10 hours worked per day.
• Lifting / carrying up to 10 pounds 0-1 hours per day
• Reviewing documents 1-5 hours per day
• Sitting 3-8 hours per day
• Using close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Using fingers, hands, and arms to perform office / computer work 6-8 hours per day.
• Using hearing to talk, listen, and use phones 1-6 hours per day.
• Using office equipment - computers, phones, scanners, fax machines - 6-8 hours per day
