We are looking for a motivated, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team at our Lenexa Branch.
What You'll Do: As our Warehouse Manager:
- Leading the Team: Manage daily workflow, schedule staff, and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.
- Building the Dream Team: Hire, train, and lead warehouse employees to greatness.
- Keeping Things Shipshape: Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Navigating Deliveries: Track vehicles for on-time deliveries and handle incoming freight efficiently.
- Ensuring Safety: Be the top safety advocate and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- High School diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse management systems.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks.
