Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in bussing tables and ensuring that the café area is tidy and welcoming for customers.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is an advantage.
