The Shift Leader supervises all employees on their shift and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable leader who is capable of handling the team in different areas of the restaurant, which may include the front, kitchen, or parking lot. A successful candidate for this position has prior experience working in this capacity and will be able to effectively communicate with both coworkers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality food service management.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to enhance service quality.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
