We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate all site activities, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to maintain financial goals.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding project status.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
