What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Admin Assistant position at Marcum LLP?

CBIZ is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant who will specialize in scanning. We are a fast-paced, public accounting practice. The Scanner will join our growing and well-established national firm in Merrimack, NH. This position requires an experienced candidate with a strong attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • The temporary scanning position will primarily consist of converting paper to scanned images.
  • You will need to perform quality analysis of the images to ensure accuracy and completeness, readability, correct indexing, proper orientation, and accessibility.
  • There will also be other administrative tasks which may include greeting clients, opening, distributing, and posting of mail, as well as filing.

Qualifications

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well independently and within a team. High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., 25-30-hour work week with availability for extra hours weekly and possibly a couple hours on a Saturday if necessary, for the period of 2/10/25 – 4/15/25.
