Job Description
The Landscape Installer is responsible for executing landscape designs to transform residential and commercial properties into beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. This role involves planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals, as well as creating new flowerbeds, installing retaining walls or walkways, and setting up water features. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting heavy items regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Landscape Installation: Execute landscape designs by installing plants, trees, shrubs, and annuals according to layout plans.
- Hardscape Setup: Create flowerbeds, install retaining walls, walkways, patios, and water features (such as fountains) as specified in project designs.
- Soil Preparation and Planting: Prepare soil, dig planting holes, and ensure proper spacing and placement of plants for healthy growth.
- Customer Space Care: Ensure each job site is left cleaner than it was found by organizing tools, removing debris, and cleaning up planting or construction areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with landscape designers and team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Equipment Use: Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment, including shovels, rakes, compactors, and other equipment required for landscaping tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for accuracy and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction with the final installation.
- Training Completion: Participate in required training sessions such as Tool Safety, Proper Planting Techniques, and Safe Lifting Practices.

Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required
