Responsibilities :
- Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
- Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings
- Manage team’s social media posts
- Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marcomm activities
- Work with third parties to advertise deals
- Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team members
- Assist with posting social media content, press releases and other external pieces
