What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Litigation Attorney position at Marcus & Hoffman, P.C.?
Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. is a Delaware County law firm located in Media, and well established in the practices of community association law, construction litigation and real estate. Throughout over 25 years of practice the mid-size law firm has grown to currently represent over 300 community associations and corporate clients. We are seeking an attorney with 5 to 10 years’ experience of litigation experience. Excellent drafting skills a must. The salary range is competitive based on experience and fit. The ideal candidate must have extremely strong organizational, research and writing skills, and be highly motivated, hardworking and reliable.
