What will you be doing?
- Read and follow recipes as they pertain to menu production.
- Cook all menu items to guest specifications.
- Properly label, date, and store all prepared food as well as raw ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work until close .
- Willing to work weekends.
- Previous culinary experience is preferred.
