What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Supervisor - Full Time position at Marcus Hotels?

Our guests will come in with a lot of questions, ranging from room amenities to the Milwaukee hot spots. It is essential that you have the ability and insight to assist them. You will help the front desk team to sell the most rooms possible and make sure guests are having a great time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Supervises front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff as needed.
- Insures all daily functions from checklist are completed.
- Greets guests and check them in and out.
- Answers phones
- Performs manual and computer posting of transactions.
- Handles money, credit cards, and checks.
- Issues mail and messages to guests.
- Deals with guest complaint dissatisfaction.
- Takes reservations.
- Provides directions and answers guest questions.
- Enters wake-up calls.
- Delivers items to rooms.
- Assists in training all new hires.
- Loads paper / toner into machines.
- Performs additional duties or projects as assigned by Front Office Manager.
