Marcus & Millichap is in search of a skilled and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. This role offers the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small business coupled with the resources and advantages of a national firm. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Additionally, candidates should have experience in generating both print and digital marketing materials.
\n- Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow team’s social media accounts
- Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing activities
- Work with third parties to advertise sale listings
- Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested
- Create marketing funnels for new leads
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva proficiency
- Experience with Constant Contact or similar email software
- Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Power Point
- Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
- Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
- Experience in real estate is a plus
