Institutional Property Advisors is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst for the retail investment sales team in King of Prussia.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Transaction management through proposal and listing cycle
- Lead and collaborate with fellow analysts to efficiently manage property underwritings, reviewing and approving them in a senior capacity before they are submitted to Senior Agents
- Examine, assess, and interpret real estate source documents such as operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence materials
- Support in managing the production process of property offering memorandums, which are used to actively market retail assets to the market
- Communicate directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers and clients
- Capable of contributing to presentations alongside the lead broker in formal client settings, tailoring the message to audiences with varying levels of financial expertise
- Prepare and present analysis results, addressing questions clearly and effectively
- Identify key property-level financial issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clients
- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred but not required
- 3 years experience in a commercial real estate position in brokerage, appraisal, or for an ownership group, with a focus on retail shopping centers preferred
- Proven experience in abstracting leases and the valuation of income-producing properties is mandatory
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise required
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills in combination with outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, maintaining a keen attention to detail while also staying focused on the bigger picture
- Ability to work successfully with “Type A” personalities
- Be able to effectively work within a team and with all levels of personnel
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, with a sense of personal accountability and urgency to achieve results in a fast-paced, challenging environment
