Institutional Property Advisors is seeking a Team Transaction Manager to join the retail investment sales team in King of Prussia. This role is crucial in overseeing the team and managing all facets of the sales process. The ideal candidate must be able to balance multiple tasks and projects driven by dynamic business conditions, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and course correct as needed.
The Team Transaction Manager supports the sales team in achieving business plan objectives by managing workflows, tracking key metrics, and generating custom reports. Additionally, this role contributes to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other communication materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transaction management: Oversee transactions from beginning to end, including managing confidentiality agreements, compiling bid matrices, using due diligence management platforms, and handling the flow and reconciliation of due diligence throughout the BOV, listing, and under contract processes
- Working knowledge of real estate documentation: Assist with the due diligence process, including leases, financials, and third-party reports. Strong understanding of contracts and the ability to navigate deal management processes
- Interface with clients to gather all required information for the transaction, with the ability to conduct audits and ask relevant questions regarding the provided documentation
- Collaborate with Financial Analyst and Marketing in a team setting to produce broker opinion of value and offering memorandum
- Develop and document current team processes to enhance operational efficiency, while identifying process breakdowns and implementing effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to track and organize project-specific deadlines
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university
- 2 years of experience providing support to sales professionals and/or executives; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred
- Real Estate Paralegals encouraged to apply
- Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred but not required
- Candidates with a proven track record of high-level executive support are encouraged to apply
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and internet research skills
- Working knowledge and review of Argus Enterprise preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and an awareness of the bigger picture
- Ability to work successfully with “Type A” personalities
- Be able to effectively work within a team and with all levels of personnel
