We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in overseeing the construction of new residential homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for efficiency, and experience in construction project management.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure progress and quality standards are met
- Utilize JobTread (or similar systems) to track project milestones and maintain communication across teams
- Liaise directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery for each phase of construction
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
- Ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and situations
- Strong organizational skills, with a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A willingness to continuously learn and improve
- 3 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with JobTread or other project management software is a plus
