Marcy Engineering was founded in 2020 and has been steadily growing since. We’re looking for a Project Engineer to help us continue our rapid growth path in becoming the engineering firm of choice for contractors in the tri-state area.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and engineer cutting-edge HVAC systems for commercial, high end residential, and institutional projects.
- Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Lead and mentor Junior Engineers, leveraging your experience to help the team thrive.
- Conduct site evaluations, design new and retrofit systems, and write reports.
- Lead projects through all phases, including documentation, construction administration, and field coordination.
- Solve complex challenges with creativity and precision, driving results that make a measurable difference.
- Work closely with the owner to improve internal processes, develop strategies, and create a scalable engineering operation.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in HVAC mechanical engineering, preferably in design and/or implementation.
- Familiarity with plumbing design
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, codes, system components, and energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
- A passion for learning and growing within the HVAC field
