Initial Requirements:
- Minimum one year clinical experience in an acute care setting (two years preferred)
- Current Certified Home Health Aide license to practice in CA
- Valid and current CPR certification
- Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
- Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be used)
- Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)
Required experience:
- CHHA in a Clinical Environment: 1 year

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, offering support and companionship.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any changes in patient condition.
Pay: Up to $62,400.00 per year
