- Minimum one year clinical experience (two years preferred)

- Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on patient care and rehabilitation.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and physical therapy techniques to create personalized treatment plans.
- Incorporate medical terminology into documentation and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Implement discharge planning strategies for smooth transitions post-treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, especially in acute care settings.
- Adapt care plans to meet the unique needs of pediatric patients, emphasizing a holistic approach to therapy.
