Initial Requirements :

• Current license to practice in CA
• Current CPR certification
• Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
• Minimum one year clinical experience (two years preferred)
• Bi / Multi-lingual skills are highly desired (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)

Required experience :

• Physical Therapist : 1 year

• Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care in home health settings, assessing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for discharge planning and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with multilingual patients, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and progress.

Pay : $140,000.00 - $164,000.00 per year
