Compass Memorial Healthcare is a critical access hospital that is fully equipped with the latest technology so we can improve the health of the community and patients we serve. Primary Functions
Impeccable attention to detail, ability to maintain a sterile field and speak up if it’s broken, trustworthiness, team player, willingness to learn new skills or specialties, ability to plan. Ability to organize supplies and instruments required for procedures.

Prefer previous experience as a scrub tech, central sterile, reprocessing/autoclaving equipment and instrumentation but willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
