Responsibilities
- Growing the commodity client franchise by originating new clients via personal contacts, networking events and collaboration with internal partners such as brokers.
- Provide high-quality sales coverage across Southeast Asia with a special focus on Thailand for OTC Commodities. This includes quoting, deal execution and providing market colour to clients.
- Travelling within the key market is expected. The right talent will be required to make occasional trips to Thailand and maybe other countries to meet up with the clients.
- Responsible for co-ordinating KYC / onboarding and Credit approvals for new clients.
- Provide market colour / suggest trading ideas to clients depending on their exposures.
- Depending on business needs, this role may be required to manage 1-2 junior team members.
- The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time.
