Summary
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Enterprise Architect to work on an exciting project with one of our valued partners. In this role, you will serve as the primary communication point for the project team, ensuring that architectural standards are established, implemented, and maintained to drive the project's success.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the scope of the Technology Restoration Project (TRP) upon onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office, Program Manager, and external vendors.
- Create and document technical architecture for integrated solutions, including applications, interfaces, and information flow.
- Review and document current standards for mainframe, web, and mobile solutions.
- Develop architectural standards for new technologies that comply with infrastructure and security requirements.
- Ensure proposed technical solutions meet organizational requirements.
- Act as the technical liaison between business users and vendors.
- Lead the design of re-engineered processes.
- Provide regular updates on compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Maintain technical documents in a shared repository with version history.
- Participate in business requirements gathering sessions.
- Recommend and implement business process improvements aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Work independently within a cross-functional team.
Note: This position is designated as essential staff and may require reporting during emergencies.
Qualifications:Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in:
- Designing complex IT systems.
- Technical design using analytical skills.
- Large-scale IT projects, including infrastructure and software development.
- The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Building integrations between applications across hardware platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in creating models and graphical representations.
Preferred
- Experience modernizing and migrating mainframe applications.
- Expertise in migrating applications to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies.
- Experience building integrations using APIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95.00 - $115.00 per hour
