Job Summary
Margarita Hut To-Go seeks an energetic, fun-loving and friendly Bartender, Server, and Cashier to join us in a laid-back, easygoing, fun work environment. Applicants should have some experience in the bar industry, preferably in table-service restaurants or bartending. This role involves giving awesome customer service while handling cash and card transactions and preparing and serving cold drinks for to-go and sit-in service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their sit-in and to-go orders accurately.
- Prepare cold and frozen drinks and beverages while adhering to cleanliness standards.
- Operate the POS system for order processing and cash/card handling.
- Upsell items to boost customer satisfaction, sales, and tips.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Coordinate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist customers as needed to create a pleasant experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to preparation of alcohol-based drinks.
- Previous experience in a bar or table-service restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of food/beverage handling practices and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to perform retail math for accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Willingness to perform teamwork, learn and adapt in a fun setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.50 per hour
