As the sole HR representative at the corporate office, you will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.
What you get to do:
As the HR Director, you will manage and oversee all HR functions for our corporate team while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and work closely with department heads to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
- Lead HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits, and policy development, driving consistency with company goals and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and selecting top talent to drive company growth and expansion.
- Act as the HR lead for corporate and business support functions, providing customized HR solutions and guidance to address the specific needs of each department.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration and support across both in-office and remote teams.
- Partner with leadership to ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations while mitigating organizational risk.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide leadership with actionable insights on talent acquisition, retention, employee satisfaction, and other critical HR data.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a recruiting role and 2 years in an HR leadership position.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing HR functions across all areas, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and training.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence executive leadership, department heads, and employees at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable, with the ability to wear multiple hats and drive change in a growing company.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with all levels of staff, including C-suite executives.
