Margaritaville at Sea is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support critical revenue-driving and brand-building marketing and sales initiatives and grow Margaritaville at Sea’s visual presence as a new and fast-growing player in the cruise vacation sector.
What you get to do:
- Develop high-performing and award-winning creative campaigns designed to grow awareness of Margaritaville at Sea
- Partner with sales and revenue channel leaders to support their team’s business needs with creative concepting and end-user design
- Optimize creative assets based on data-driven performance feedback
- Ensure assets adhere to campaign and brand guidelines
What it takes to succeed:
- 2-3 years’ experience designing integrated digital marketing campaigns with strong strategic foundation and alignment to brand standards
- 4-5 years’ experience in turnkey graphic design, print and digital assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
- Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team and willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Effective problem solver and decision-maker
What else is important:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading and quality control
- Brand and identity design, including logos and style guides
- Flexibility to travel/cruise (~10%)
- Experience in DAM asset creation and management
- Experience with Figma a plus
