Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is beneficial.
