What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Margaritaville Beach House?
Margaritaville Beach House has an opening for an experienced full-time Painter to join our Maintenance Team.
Our in-house Painter ensures an outstanding experience for our guests by repairing and maintaining the cosmetic aspects of our hotel facility.

Daily activities of our in-house Painter includes prepping surfaces for painting; protecting surfaces with tape, drop cloths, etc.: applying paint, varnish, stain, etc. to surfaces; maintaining paints and equipment; general maintenance tasks and other project work as assigned, etc.
A successful in-house Painter will have a working knowledge of different types of paints, tools and equipment; knowledge of chemical handling and disposal; drywall experience, etc. Our Painter must be able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods. Hospitality facility experience preferred.
