Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the spa runs smoothly.
Supervise and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support staff- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
- Manage the spa's schedule and ensure that appointments are properly booked and managed
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement new spa services and packages
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa services and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
