About the Role:
We’re seeking a Summer Investment Analyst to join our Orlando-based Home Office team and gain hands-on experience across Margaritaville’s growing hospitality ecosystem. This internship offers the chance to work closely with the CIO, analyzing new opportunities, supporting active projects, and contributing to key financial decisions across our Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Margaritaville at Sea, and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or coursework related to investment analysis or financial markets.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial analysis and research for new business opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating the performance of existing properties.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Interact with licensee partners and debt and equity investors.
- Organize and maintain key project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook.
