Overview

As a Food and Beverage Manager-In-Training at Margaritaville Hotel Nashville, you'll play a key role in supporting department heads with staff training and development. This position involves hands-on experience in serving, bartending, bussing, hosting and expediting, while also addressing guest and team member concerns. You’ll ensure adherence to cash handling, health, safety, and sanitation standards, all while striving to enhance food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits.  You will be delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement as per local regulations.· Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
