JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN. Responsible for the care and cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to create a welcome and comfortable place for our guests.

We offer the perfect blend of Mountain Latitude and Island Attitude. Our hotel has 134 rooms and suites, and features a spa, rooftop pool w/bar and a restaurant that consist of inside and outside seating.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms according to the policies and brand standards of the hotel.
- Restock room supplies including glassware, toiletries and linens.
- Respond to guest requests for supplies and assistance.
- Organize and restock the cart at the end of the shift.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the guest rooms.
- Report on any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Turn in and record all lost and found items daily.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong customer focus and customer service with a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Physical stamina and mobility to include the ability: to reach, kneel, bend with ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Hourly Pay: $16.00 Shifts: 8 hours each
