As a Landshark Restaurant Busser, you will warmly greet the guests as you assist the server with food service, keep the table clear of dirty plates and keep beverages topped up as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all details are followed according to supervisor’s instructions.
- Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and friendly manner, including keeping the table cleared of dirty plates, topping up beverages and ensuring the guest has everything they need.
- Ensure the work area is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Ensure service area is cleared and thoroughly cleaned at the conclusion of the recent meal period. All equipment must be stored in the designated area.
- Maintain constant presence in room; greet guests upon arrival and thank them for coming upon their departure.
- Communicate guest compliments/complaints to management.
- Notify supervisor of any broken or damaged equipment.
- Maintain Driftwood and resort standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort policies and procedures.
- Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
- Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
- Consistently maintain positive demeanor.
- Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
- Adheres to Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort uniform, grooming and appearance standards.
- Conducts him\herself professionally at all times.
- Relevant training and experience required.
- Minimum lifting/pulling of 30 pounds.
- Being on feet for an entire shift, possibly 8 hours or more.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
