Description
Assist Guest with the purchase of Paradise Pier day passes and single ride purchases. Reviews pre-ordered passes daily and prepares for daily operations. Must have cash handling skills and experience. Must be able to run and process credit card transactions. Provide information to guest of the entire Paradise Pier. Ticket office attendants may also be training on Birthday or other Parties and Events held at Paradise Pier or other venues on the property. Assists guest with questions regarding the purchase of, recharging of, account summary or activity summary of their park pass. Monitors and inspects all equipment and performs general maintenance to maintain a clean safe environment. Performs daily checks on equipment per company guidelines and reports all other problems to the Manager or Supervisor.
