General Accountabilities:
- Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-outs, and guest questions and concerns.
- Manager reservations and room availability and ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organi zation of the front desk.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; and or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excels both independently and as a member of a team.
