Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations , policies, and procedures.
- Provide directions and safety for the property including all Employees and guests.
- Overall protection of company assets.
- Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner.
- Interact with local law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or Employees, and prepare additional detailed reports, as may be required.
- Administer first aid and assist injured guests and employees.
- Ensure departmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations, identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel.
- Support Service Representative do not work the licensed Riverboat Gaming area.
- Promote outstanding guest relations.
- Perform other duties assigned.

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous law enforcement experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Drivers License or State issued ID
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram or schedule form.
