Your Part

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for assisting the F&B Manager with the supervision Joe Merchants Coffee Shop, License to Chill Bar & Grill and on the execution of banquet events.

You Bring

· Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance required.

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

· Ensure guest satisfaction

· Assist Team Members during meal periods.

· Ensure Team Members are trained according to Company standards

· Engage guests at every table with friendly dialogue

· Two year’s Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a similar environment.

· Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.

· Needs to be flexible, self-motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management

· TABC Server Permit required
